These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the website getsavvy.ae (the “Site”) operated by Savvy Technologies FZC LLC (“Savvy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions without limitation or qualification.
Savvy Technologies FZC LLC endeavors to provide transparency in all offers and expressly avoids hidden terms and fine print. It is the responsibility of the customer (“you,” “your,” or “user”) to exercise due diligence in selecting offers and to ensure that the chosen offer aligns with your requirements, needs, schedule, and ability to redeem. In the event that an offer issued by Savvy Technologies FZC LLC (“Savvy Voucher”) is no longer of interest to you, we encourage you to transfer the experience by gifting the voucher to another individual.
Savvy Technologies FZC LLC values its customers and, while not liable for the quality of services or goods supplied by independent merchants, shall act in good faith as an intermediary to facilitate a favorable resolution should material issues arise. In such cases, you are encouraged to contact us directly.
• Refunds shall not be applicable under the following circumstances:
• Expiration of the Savvy Voucher.
• Duplicate purchases made by the customer.
• Change of plans or personal circumstances.
• Purchases made in error.
• Refund requests based on personal preference.
Savvy Technologies FZC LLC may, in its sole discretion, review exceptional cases. Should a refund be deemed the only viable resolution, Savvy Technologies FZC LLC reserves the right to issue such refund exclusively in the form of store credit. All disputes or claims arising from or relating to this Site or these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Savvy Technologies FZC LLC acts as an agent for third-party businesses (“Merchants”) featured on the Site. Under this agency arrangement, Savvy collects payments on behalf of the Merchant and issues Savvy vouchers for the corresponding goods or services. The Merchant, and not Savvy Technologies FZC LLC, is the seller of record and is solely responsible for fulfilling the Savvy Voucher.
Savvy Technologies FZC LLC makes no warranty or representation with respect to the quality, safety, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of any product or service provided by a Merchant. Promotional content is based on information provided by the Merchant or its affiliates.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Savvy Vouchers and associated codes. Any individual in possession of the voucher code may redeem it, and once redeemed, the voucher is considered fully utilized and cannot be reused. If you provide a voucher code to a Merchant in connection with a reservation and subsequently fail to honor that reservation, the Merchant may, at its discretion, deem the voucher redeemed in full. Customers are responsible for punctual attendance and compliance with the Merchant’s requirements.
The Site employs SSL encryption technology and secure payment gateways. Transactions conducted through the Site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.

Savvy Technologies FZC LLC provides daily deals and digital concierge services to registered members of the Site. By using the Site, users agree as follows:
4.1 User Representations
Users represent and warrant that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 Restrictions on Use
Users agree to use the Site solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Users
shall not:
(a) Interrupt, or attempt to interrupt, the operation of the Site.
(b) Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
(c) Copy, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or information obtained from the Site without prior written authorization.
4.3 User’s Agreement
Users agree to:
(a) Maintain all equipment required for access to the Site.
(b) Safeguard login credentials.
(c) Assume responsibility for all activity conducted under their account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
(d) Promptly notify Savvy Technologies FZC LLC of any unauthorized account use.
(e) Acknowledge that login credentials are for individual use only and are non-transferable.
4.4 User Content
“User Content” includes, without limitation, reviews, ratings, comments, or any material submitted by users to the Site. By submitting User Content, users grant Savvy Technologies FZC LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content for lawful purposes. Users represent and warrant that they have the legal right to grant such a license. Savvy Technologies FZC LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or refuse to display any User Content.
4.5 Modifications
Savvy Technologies FZC LLC reserves the right to amend, revise, or otherwise modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4.6 Privacy Policy
Savvy Technologies FZC LLC collects personal information for the purposes of registration, payment processing, and promotional communications. Information shall not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Users retain the right to access and correct their personal information.
4.7 Email Policy
By registering on the Site, users consent to receive transactional communications as well as optional promotional emails and newsletters. Users may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
4.8 Reservations and Cancellations
Savvy Technologies FZC LLC is committed to facilitating high-quality services between customers and participating Merchants. Users acknowledge that Merchants may establish and enforce their own cancellation and reservation policies.
4.9 Fees and Charges
Merchants shall not impose additional charges beyond the stated price of an offer unless such charges are clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
4.10 License
Users acquire no ownership or intellectual property rights in the Site or its content. The limited license granted is for personal use in accordance with this Agreement. Unauthorized use constitutes a material breach.
4.11 Copyright
All content on the Site, unless otherwise indicated, is the property of Savvy Technologies FZC LLC and protected under applicable copyright laws.
4.12 Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Site are the property of Savvy Technologies FZC LLC or its affiliates unless otherwise specified.
4.13 Hyperlinks
The Site may contain links to external websites. Savvy Technologies FZC LLC assumes no responsibility for the content of third-party websites and does not endorse such content.
4.14 No Warranties
The Site, its content, and services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Savvy Technologies FZC LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4.15 Review of Postings and Uploads
Savvy Technologies FZC LLC disclaims responsibility for user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
4.16 Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete registration information. Savvy Technologies FZC LLC reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violation of these Terms.
4.17 Term and Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party. Certain provisions, including but not limited to indemnification, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall survive termination.
4.18 Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savvy Technologies FZC LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or any product or service purchased therefrom.
4.19 Liability Release and Indemnification
Users agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Savvy Technologies FZC LLC, its affiliates, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the use of the Site or breach of this Agreement.
4.20 Third-Party Rights
The limitations of liability and indemnification provisions in this Agreement extend to Savvy Technologies FZC LLC’s affiliates, licensors, suppliers, and agents.
4.21 Force Majeure
Savvy Technologies FZC LLC shall not be held liable for delays, failures, or interruptions in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, war, terrorism, or system failures.
4.22 Notices
Notices to users may be delivered by email, by general notice on the Site, or by written communication delivered to the user’s account address. Users may contact Savvy Technologies FZC LLC at info@getsavvy.ae.
4.23 Taxes
All prices displayed on the Site include Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable, effective January 1, 2018.
